The River by Starlight by Ellen Notbohm was a Powell’s City of Books staff pick and received a glowing recommendation from Annie Bloom’s Books calling it an “intense Dickensian feminist love story.” Ellen was also interviewed by Rose City Reader about her latest book.

Helen Zuman, author of Mating in Captivity, will be in Philadelphia from July 5-8th for the International Cultic Studies Association conference.

Bella Mahaya Carter, author of Raw, Jill G. Hall, author of The Silver Shoes, and Laurie Buchanan, author of The Business of Being, will be speaking at The Book Catapult in San Diego on July 11th at 7 p.m.

Deb Brandon, author of But My Brain Had Other Ideas, is holding a book signing at The Book Loft in Columbus, Ohio at 1pm on July 15th.

Ellen Notbohm, author of The River by Starlight, is hosting an event on July 29th at 3 p.m. at The Book Stall in Winnetka, IL.
