Congrats to Peregrine Island by Diane B. Saxton for winning a 2017 NYC Big Book Award in the Mystery category.

Barbara Ridley‘s When It’s Over was featured in the East Bay Times and Five Directions Press. She was also interviewed on on the “Literati Scene” a local TV show in Boston on Thursday, November 16.

In honor of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, shared an essay from Antoinette Truglio Martin, the author of the inspiring memoir, Hug Everyone You Know, A Year of Community, Courage, and Cancer.

Lizbeth Meredith, author of Pieces of Me, shared an essay on Feminine Collective.

Roni Beth Tower, author of Miracle at Midlife, shared an essay on PsychologyToday on what motivates people to threaten a couple’s relationship.

A Drop in the Ocean author Jenni Ogden was interviewed by Story Circle Book Reviews.

Dark Lady by Charlene Ball was featured on New Books Network.

Breaking Sad by Jennifer Jones and Shelly Fisher was featured on Publisher’s Weekly.

Nancy Shapiro‘s The Book of Calm was featured on HuffPost. The book’s launch was on November 9th in San Miguel de Allende, with a large and receptive crowd, and “calm” cupcakes to celebrate (pictured below).

Judy Gruen was interviewed on a radio program that aired in 4 Western states and also on “The Teacher and the Preacher” show on SoundCloud Radio. Her book is under consideration for the Sophie Brody prize in Jewish literature for 2018, and The Skeptic and the Rabbi also earned a nice review in Library Journal.

Jeanne Blasberg, author of Eden, had two great events this past week: on 11/14 at The Last Bookstore (top left, top right and bottom left) and on 11/15 at Book Passage (bottom right).

Sandra Butler, co-author of It Never Ends, will appear on the following radio stations over the next few weeks as part of her radio tour!
